These were taken during my first visit to India after marriage ,in 2009. Shot those flowers in lalbagh botanical garden, bangalore. Me and mom had visted the flower show held during the republic day.I was lucky to have the Nikon SLR, which was a gift from my hubby in OCt 2008. Started experimenting with it while on vacation. The pictures came out really well for a first timer. Some of the shots were excellent.
India is full of exciting scenes , everywhere you look there is something interesting for your lens to capture.
The Temple gopuram was shot in Kumbakonam, rams native. Could'nt take many pictures as i din't get to travel a lot as i was visiting India alone.
